2.   Total Care Welfare Supervision Package

AUD 1,100 for the first term and as required thereafter.

This service is intended for new students whose English language is limited and whose parents do not speak English.  It is in place only as long as the extra care and services are needed. It includes
Initial greeting and transfer from airport to accommodation and one return transfer per year
Assistance opening a bank account 
Assistance buying requirements for schools and living, as required
Monitoring studentís academic, physical, social and emotional well-being on a weekly basis 
Services of a Bi-lingual Carer until the student is confident in communicating in English
Liaising with homestay parents and college staff
Translation of reports into parentsí preferred language
Arranging and collecting of air tickets
Request for excess baggage on flights out of Australia


Please note that there is an "Appointment of Welfare Supervisor and Consent Form" written in English, to be explained by the recruiting agent, which gives consent for ESA to act on behalf of the parents.

A copy of this "Appointment of Welfare Supervisor and Consent Form" is to be signed by ESA and the Parents at the same time as payment is being made, one copy to be held by ESA and one by the Parents.  Please fax the required documents to 613 9775 2142 or scan and email to alison@i.net.au for ESA records.
